    Greetings,

    Asharqia Chamber presents you with its best regards, and informs you that it has received the letter of the Union of Saudi Chambers No. (45104442) dated (9/24/1445 AH), in which reference is made to the Food and Drug General Authority's letter No. (25753/A) dated (9/22/1445 AH), regarding a decision Minister No. (103) dated (7/2/1443 AH), which includes royal directives obliging government agencies to take fair measures when exercising their jurisdiction in accordance with regulatory texts when they control administrative violations and impose penalties on violating commercial establishments based on several controls included, the most prominent of which is notification and notification of the violator.           Referring to the circular of His Excellency the Minister of Finance and the amount to all government agencies, including a copy to His Excellency the CEO of the Food and Drug General Authority, numbered (30753) and dated (7/18/1442 AH), and based on Royal Order No. (49356) dated (10/26/1438 AH), Judge That the entities (and their affiliated entities) that issue fines and penalties according to their regulatory systems and legislation, use the National Violations Platform (IFA) and complete what is necessary regarding activating and fully using the platform to issue and follow up on financial penalties and fines. Accordingly, the Authority notes the need to follow up on notifications regarding violations and penalties through the National Platform for Violations (Efaa) and update the contact information of the relevant government agencies concerned with providing services to them.​​​
